The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is very close to the metro station and easy to get around the city. The facilities at the hotel were clean and well-maintained, including the breakfast area which had a good selection. Additionally, the staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay.

Spending Xmas in this hotel was a great experience, the location was perfect as it was just a short walk from the subway station and close to a variety of restaurants and shops. the staff was amazing and they offered two complementary breakfasts during our stay. the room was modern, clean and functional, which made our stay much more comfortable. We also loved the fact that the room had a safe, which was very convenient.

There were a few negative aspects. Although the room was functional, it was quite small with a tiny window that did not offer a great view.

The only positive thing about this “hotel” was the affordable price and the free Wi-Fi. the hotel was located right in the city center, making it easy for us to get around and explore the area.

The room was incredibly dirty, and we found hair and dust everywhere. The furniture was old and squeaky, and we could hear anyone walking in the hall outside our room.

We had a wonderful stay at Insail Hotels. The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants nearby and the subway station just a short walk away. The WiFi in the room was fast and reliable, making it convenient for us to stay connected. The staff were friendly and check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. Despite some minor cleanliness issues, our room was comfortable and provided a good base for exploring the city. The hotel is located in a very convenient spot, being very near to a subway station. We had no trouble finding the place at all, thanks to its great location. As for the room, it was cozy with great amenities. the bathroom was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. the staff were very helpful and friendly, making sure that we were comfortable throughout our stay. we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast buffet that offered plenty of tasty dishes to choose from.
